Setting unavailable times lets your clients see when you’re free and when you’re unavailable.
Wether you want to block off an hour for office admin, or a weekend away, letting your clients know your availability helps prevent rescheduling and unwanted phone calls.
When logged in to your dashboard you will see a navigation menu on the left hand side of the page.
Click the “Calendar” icon and text to access the Calendar page.
By default, the calendar will display the current month.
Click on the date you want to block off and select “Set unavailable time” from the pop up that appears.
Information you enter here will remain private. Your clients will see that you are unavailable for the designated time but will not see the title of the event.
When done, click “Submit” to set your availability.
