We’ve recommended Rippetoe’s work before. In this 18 minute video from 2011, Rippetoe explains the positioning of your body while performing the low bar back squat. It may seems like the basics to some of you but we know there’s a lot of trainers out there who want to get a lot better using free weights with their clients and Rippetoe offers some great coaching advice.
