This three part series on Testosterone Replacement Therapy by Dr Frederick Navarro is an excellent, short introduction to the treatment. Part 1 lets you in on the basics, Part 2 discusses the risks, and Part 3 goes through the benefits.

We’ve recommended Rippetoe’s work before. In this 18 minute video from 2011, Rippetoe explains the positioning of your body while performing the low bar back squat. It may seems like the basics to some of you but we know there’s a lot of trainers out there who want to get a lot better using free weights with their clients and Rippetoe offers some great coaching advice.
