After our all video post last week, we’re going back to covering just one theme, and this week that’s concentrating on just one exercise, the Turkish Get Up. We’ve only mentioned this glorious exercise once before on our blog and so we thought it time to give this truly excellent exercise a little more love.
This week we’re keeping it light. No reading, all videos! And we have some excellent videos to share, with some great information on warm ups, core work, nutrition as medicine and home gyms, as well as some interesting facts about fitness.
This week we’re having a look at a couple of posts about supplementation, another two posts discussing low back pain and, lastly, how to make your own lifting platform.
This week we’re mainly talking about training for older people, so if you train with people aged 40+, then you’ll almost certainly find these posts useful!
It’s all women this week, with loads of information on weight training, nutrition and how best to serve your female clients.
Some great information on warm ups, self massage, mobility work, deadlifts and lots of videos this week for you all to enjoy over the weekend!
This week we’ve particularly enjoyed not reading too much about nutrition and, instead, we’ve been concentrating on lots of workout ideas. Here are our favourites from the past week.
This week we’re sharing links to a couple of different series for you to follow and watch respectively, thoughts on how personal training is evolving, things to consider when you’re training younger athletes and why athletic performance declines as you get older. Hope you enjoy!
This week we take a look at body composition testing, fitness trackers, DOMS, gym culture and reasons to exercise beyond looking good naked.
This week I’m taking you through three things that I’ve spent a lot of time with over the years, either listening to, watching or reading. And then two other things we’ve especially enjoyed this week here at Team TrainerSync.
