Deadlifts, chalk and cold water immersion

This week we’re continuing on a discussion from last week on a recent low fat vs low carb study before sharing posts with talk on deadlifting, how to use chalk, cold water immersion, passion and what happens to your body when you stop doing all that exercise!

Last week’s Stuff We Like blog post generated some interesting discussion with several acquaintances. Since that time, there have been several people chiming in on their take on that particular study.

The first I want to share is Peter Dobromylskyj’s take on the study, as it was the first I read after last week’s blog post. Lyle McDonald has this to say on the subject while Mark Sisson also chimed in with his thoughts. Following these is another post from Stephan Guyenet, written as a follow up to his original post. There’s a lot to think about!
