Online personal training is a great way to grow your business and increase your income. But how do you keep your clients motivated as an online personal trainer?
Running a business is hard, especially when you’re self employed. Everything you do, or don’t do, affects your business so you’ve always got to be on top of your game if you want to see results.
Here are a few time saving tips to help you run and grow an efficient personal training business.
We’re often asked about online personal training and why it’s worth thinking about. As a modern personal trainer, online training isn’t just a nice add on, it’s becoming an essential component of your success.
Alongside the obvious perks for you like working from home in your pants, there’s real benefits for your clients, too.
A lot of coffee goes in to building our personal trainer software. A lot of late nights. A lot of early mornings.
Most of the time we’re making small changes behind the scenes to make things faster. The other day we moved a button and it changed the whole dynamic of the page. Or that’s what we tell ourselves at 2am, anyway.
Then we wake up, check our emails, and no one cared. Well maybe someone cared, but they didn’t say anything.

What is TrainerSync?
TrainerSync is a business management platform for personal trainers.
Our tools help you to manage and grow your fitness business. You can keep track of your clients’ progress, create and assign workouts and meal plans, and train clients either in person or online.
It’s been a year of highs and lows here at TrainerSync: Our CEO had a baby, moved to a new city, and started renovations on a new house and I sold half of my Transformers collection because I ran out of shelf space.
We also decided to rebuild our entire app from scratch.
A lot of thought went into the decision to restart development, but we believe it was the right choice.
We’ve got some good news, and some bad news. Mostly good news, though. Something’s come up that’s messed with our plans a bit. But that’s okay. That’s life. You just have to deal with things and move on.
We’re extending the beta for our existing users, and putting a temporary hold on any new sign ups. TrainerSync will remain free for a little bit longer while we fix some things with the existing version and move forward with Version 2 of our personal trainer software.
Give us 30 minutes and tell us what you need doing. We’ll go away and do it for you. We’ll input your existing clients. We’ll set up their progress, goals and nutrition. We’ll plough through your small mountain of workout spreadsheets and build them for you within TrainerSync’s Workout Builder.
